The three workflows

PatientSort sorts every incoming WhatsApp message into one of three stages. The dashboard is organized around how your coordinators and surgeons actually think.

Stage 1

New leads

First-time patient messages arrive in the New Leads tab with country flag, detected language, and automatic intake questions. Coordinator taps a template, sends questions, and gets photos back — often within 15 minutes instead of 2 days. Patients feel heard; the clinic captures more bookings.

Stage 2

Awaiting quote

When photos arrive, they land in Awaiting Quote. The surgeon opens the tab once a day, reviews cards in 10–15 seconds each, taps the graft-count range, and the quote sends automatically. What used to take a surgeon two hours every morning now takes ten minutes.

Stage 3

Post-op recovery

30-day, 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month follow-ups happen automatically on schedule. Patients who used to feel abandoned post-surgery get structured check-ins. Complications get caught early. Reviews improve. Referral revenue grows.

Architecture and integration

PatientSort connects to your clinic's existing WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's official Cloud API. Your WhatsApp number stays the same. Your WhatsApp history stays intact. Patients notice nothing different — the first message arrives on WhatsApp, the reply comes back on WhatsApp. Your coordinators and surgeons just finally have a dashboard that makes the chaos manageable.

Supabase Frankfurt for database and auth. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Row-level security partitions data by clinic.

KVKK and GDPR

Human-approved AI
