The problem we're solving
Hair transplant and aesthetic medicine clinics in Turkey and the Gulf handle thousands of WhatsApp patient inquiries a month, in up to eight languages. Coordinators copy photos between phones, surgeons scroll through chaos looking for urgent cases, and patients fall through the cracks — especially in the critical post-op recovery window, which is the number-one complaint in clinic reviews.
Existing clinic software assumes patients use web forms and email. The real world runs on WhatsApp. PatientSort is built for that real world.
What PatientSort does
PatientSort connects directly to a clinic's existing WhatsApp Business number via Meta's official Cloud API. Every incoming message lands in a dashboard sorted by workflow stage — new leads, awaiting quote, booked, post-op — with country, language, and urgency signals. Coordinators reply with templates, surgeons approve quotes in seconds, and automated follow-up keeps post-op patients cared for long after the chair.
Who's behind this
PatientSort is a product of Questivals LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (File #10176195). It's a small team — intentionally. We build, ship, and talk to clinics directly instead of routing you through a sales funnel. If you want to talk, you talk to the person building the software.
Our approach to data and AI
- Clinics own their data.We don't sell it. We don't share it with ad networks. We don't use it to train foundation models.
- AI is a draft, not a decision. Every AI-generated message suggestion is reviewed and explicitly approved by a human clinic staff member before it leaves the dashboard.
- EU-hosted by default. Supabase Frankfurt for database and authentication, with Standard Contractual Clauses for any cross-border transfer.
- KVKK and GDPR compliant by design. A Data Processing Agreement is signed with every clinic before go-live.
- Not HIPAA.WhatsApp is fundamentally not a HIPAA-eligible channel, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you are a U.S. clinic subject to HIPAA, PatientSort is not the right tool for your patient communications.
