Cookie Policy
What cookies we use and how you can control them.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are commonly used to make sites work, remember your preferences, and measure usage.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required to operate the service and cannot be switched off. If you disable these, parts of the site will not work.
- Session cookies — maintain your login session in the PatientSort dashboard
- CSRF tokens — protect against cross-site request forgery
- Cookie-consent preference — remembers your choice on this banner
Functional
Remember your preferences so the product behaves consistently.
- Language preference
- UI preferences (e.g., tab layout, density)
Analytics (privacy-first)
We use a privacy-first analytics provider to understand aggregate usage. We do not set advertising identifiers, do not share data with ad networks, and do not build cross-site profiles. You can opt out below.
Cookies we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Meta Pixel or Facebook Conversions API
- Google Analytics or Google Ads tags
- Any third-party cookie whose sole purpose is cross-site tracking
Third-party cookies
Certain pages rely on third parties that may set their own cookies:
- Stripe — on pages where you enter payment information, Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and to process payments.
- Vercel — our hosting provider may set cookies for edge routing and security.
How to control cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, either for a specific site or globally. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break parts of the dashboard.
Changes
We'll update this page when our cookie usage changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
