Request data deletion
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you. Here's how.
If you are a clinic using PatientSort
Log into your PatientSort dashboard and go to Settings → Delete account, or email support@patientsort.com from the account's administrator address. All clinic user data, messages, and associated records will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except:
- Opt-out records — retained indefinitely as required by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy so that recipients who have opted out are not re-contacted.
- Financial and tax records — retained for the period required by law (generally up to 7 years).
If you are a patient
PatientSort processes patient messages on behalf of the clinic you interacted with. The clinic is the data controller under GDPR and KVKK, so please contact the clinic directly first — it is usually the fastest path and they can delete your data from within their PatientSort dashboard.
If the clinic is unresponsive, no longer uses PatientSort, or you otherwise prefer to contact us directly, use the form below or email support@patientsort.com with your name, the clinic's name, your WhatsApp number, and proof of identity. We verify and process requests within 30 days.

What happens next
- Acknowledgment within 2 business days at the email you provide.
- Identity verification — especially for patient requests, we may ask for additional information to confirm you are the data subject or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Deletion executed within 30 days of a verified request. Longer windows apply only where the law requires extension or where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
- Confirmation by email when deletion completes.
